Exercises For Abs (upper)

Modified Elbow to Knee Crunch- This is a modified version of the elbow to knee crunch.
Ball Crunch- This is a simple ab exercise.
Advanced Plank- This is an advanced plank, but is worth trying.
Modified Pushup- This is a simple modified version of a push up, that works a variety of additional muscle groups.
Bridges- This exercise focuses on working the hip joints, abdominals, and thigh muscles.
